Your submission

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and ongoing availability of the name, description, URL, handle, and logo associated with your submission.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or a duplicate charge or Firsten processing error must be corrected.

Service changes and removal

Firsten may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service and may remove content or placements that violate the Rules or create legal, security, or operational risk.

No warranties

Firsten is provided as a public promotional service without guarantees of uptime, traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, or commercial results.
