Rules
The rules for submitting a brand and buying a Firsten placement.
What Firsten is
Firsten is a public brand spotlight. You pay for a specific placement, period, and rank shown on the checkout page.
A placement is promotional visibility, not a promise of traffic, clicks, leads, sales, or search-engine results.
Links and brands
Submit a public URL or X handle that you own or are authorized to represent. The destination you submit is the destination connected to your Firsten identity.
- One destination URL maps to one Firsten identity.
- Submitting the same destination again reuses its existing identity and history.
- Logos are fetched automatically from the submitted destination and may be unavailable or change over time.
Prohibited content
Do not submit destinations that contain or promote:
- Illegal activity, malware, phishing, credential theft, or malicious downloads.
- Fraud, impersonation, misleading claims, obvious scams, or unlawful financial promotions.
- Hate, extremist recruitment, threats, or sexually explicit content.
- Content that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.
Removal
Firsten may reject, hide, or remove a destination or placement that violates these rules, creates legal or security risk, or is materially misleading. A removed placement does not become available for reactivation by changing its description.
