Refund policy

Firsten purchases are final and non-refundable.

All sales are final

The price, placement, period, and rank are shown before payment. By paying, you confirm that you understand what you are buying.

We do not provide refunds for changing your mind, poor performance, low traffic, low click volume, a broken or changed destination, a typo submitted by you, being unhappy with the placement, or no longer wanting the service.

No performance guarantee

Firsten does not guarantee impressions, visitors, clicks, conversions, rankings, backlinks, or any commercial result. Lack of performance is not a refund event.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes a refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

If you believe you were charged more than once or payment was captured without any placement being created because of a Firsten processing error, contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate the transaction.
