FIRSTEN / POLICY
Privacy
How Firsten uses information needed to operate public brand placements and payments.
Information we receive
When a person or agent submits a brand, Firsten receives the brand name, description, destination, and information needed to create a public identity. A placement also records its board, period, rank, price, payment provider, and status. x402 payments may include a payer wallet address, payment payload, payment requirements, facilitator responses, and settlement transaction hash so that we can prevent replay, reconcile settlement, and support payment disputes.
When visitors view or use the service, Firsten may record technical request information and aggregate impressions or clicks connected to public brand appearances. We use this information to operate, secure, measure, and improve the service.
How information is used
We use submitted information to publish and maintain brand identities, reserve and activate placements, process human and agent payments, detect duplicate or fraudulent payment attempts, respond to support requests, enforce the Rules, maintain security, and produce public activity statistics. We do not promise that a placement will generate traffic, clicks, leads, sales, or search-engine results.
Service providers and retention
Human checkout information is handled through Whop. Agent payment verification and settlement are sent to the configured x402 facilitator. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Firsten retains records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, prove payment and placement history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Public brand and placement records may remain visible after a period ends.
Your questions and rights
For privacy questions or a request to review, correct, or delete information, contact hello@thefirsten.com. Some records may need to be retained for payment, security, legal, or accounting reasons, and removing information from a public placement may affect the historical integrity of the directory.
